Hi, I'm Hayley. An advanced luxury wedding marketer and business coach with 9+ years of experience who knows what it takes to grow and scale a business.
I've worked in the marketing industry for 9+ years and built my career in London before I moved into my role as an in-house marketing manager where I built up the marketing department from scratch.
I've got a BA (Hons) Degree in advertising with marketing comms from one of the top media universities in the UK.
How it all began
I built up my career in London working in large and small digital agencies with clients including ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. I also spent 6 years working as an in-house marketing manager where I built up their marketing department from scratch.
In 2020 I launched my own business helping luxury brands all over the world. I was working as a branding, SEO and copywriting expert, primarily with luxury wedding professionals including wedding cake designers, photographers, makeup artists, florists, wedding planners and designers. As my business grew, I started to gain a deep understanding of the luxury wedding industry and applying my marketing knowledge, expertise and real-life know-how worked remarkably well in this elite world.
As I’ve built up my career as a professional marketer, I’ve noticed a common pattern - you can spend all the money in the world, follow all the checklists, tick boxes and rule books, but, if you don’t understand human emotion. How to empathise with others. How to listen and how to DEEPLY understand what your customers want. You will never be successful.
Luckily, that is one thing which I am exceptionally good at. I can read between the lines and uncover those golden insights, the things people say without saying it, the truths which lie beneath the words. Because when you can do that, you can successfully market anything to anyone and you can become an icon in any industry. Yes, there are different tactics which you can adopt and strategies for you to try but one thing in marketing and sales always remains the same. The ability to connect with people and get them to know, like, trust and remember your brand.
Now I help luxury wedding professionals to not only grow their businesses and scale to six figures and beyond. But to stand out amongst their peers in such a saturated market and to be remembered.
