We don’t do that here.

When you’re selling to couples who can afford the best,
“good” is the baseline.
“Pretty photos” are the baseline.
“A nice website” is the baseline.

The differentiator is the reason they stretch their budget, the reason they skip the comparison process, the reason they choose YOU, is your communication.

And communication lives in the copy. If your words aren’t distinctive, emotional, magnetic, specific, and rooted in YOUR brand identity, you will get stuck at the “nice but forgettable” level forever.

This is why my clients:

✔ Purchases over £500–£1,000 require emotional justification, not just logical interest.

✔ Luxury buyers care more about trust, connection, and how you think than your price list because there is a LOT more at risk for them.

So when people say:

“Just send them your price list hun x - it weeds people out who can’t afford you 🙂”

All they’re actually doing is:

Weeding out the wealthy ones who want to understand your value before they spend £5k–£100k with you.

In luxury, sales calls don’t repel people with money. Lack of value, lack of clarity, and lack of emotional connection repels people.

It’s the same as dating.

If you give everything away on the first date…there’s nothing left to discover.

Luxury sales are the same:

  • You’re not a JustEat menu.

  • You’re a high-end experience, start acting like one.

So in this step, you learn the entire luxury sales dance

• How to position your pricing strategically
• How to build perceived value before you ever say the number
• How to emotionally pace the conversation
• How to handle objections in a way that doesn’t feel like Dragon’s Den
• How to future pace (properly - not the cringe version)
